The Ontario Network of Injured Workers Groups has created a new Workers Compensation Act that will help return our public system to focus on helping and compensating workers injured or made ill at work.  It is called the Meredith Act in recognition of the ‘father” of workers compensation in Ontario.  Below is a summary of the draft act.
