News from IAVGO, the Industrial Accident Victims Group of Ontario.

The clinic is running a special project this season to connect with migrant workers who have been injured on Ontario farms and who have been “deemed” based on Ontario work or denied LOE benefits based on expired work permits. We are extending the search to include workers whose injuries occurred as far back as 2007. This is rooted in an important case won at WSIAT.
