We are proud to welcome you to the Thunder Bay and District Injured Workers Support Group’s Website.

The Thunder Bay and District Injured Worker Support Group (TBDIWSG) is a volunteer organization that supports Injured Workers through;

1) The sharing of knowledge and fellowship within Injured Workers, their families and their supports

2) The lobbying of politicians, WSIB and others with power over Workers Compensation in Ontario

3) The Education of the general public, unions and any others with the ability to support or hinder the welfare of Injured Workers.

We are run by a Board of members elected at our Annual General Meeting.  We meet on a Monthly basis to plan numerous activities.

We have an office at the Thunder Bay Labour Centre which is open on Tuesday and Thursdays 10am to 12 noon.  This office is operated by volunteers.

On the third Thursday of every month at 7:00pm the TBDIWSG holds a Public Meeting at the Thunder Bay Labour Centre.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  There will be a sign when you enter the Centre showing you where to find the meeting.  Please come out.
